- Osler nodes are small, raised red (or purple) tender lesions present in pulp spaces of terminal phalanges of fingers
- Flushing, wheeze, diarrhoea, elevated JVP, TR, pulsatile liver, peripheral edema, high urinary 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid - carcinoid syndrome, involves liver
