- LEOPARD syndrome has deafness, pulmonic stenosis, complete heart block

- Risk of stroke or systemic embolism is lower with dabigatran 150 mg twice daily than with warfarin anticoagulation, with target INR 2.0 to 3.0
- Obstructive sleep apnea & central sleep apnea both are associated with cardiovascular disease
- 20% to 30% of patients that undergo coronary angiography for ACS have non significant CAD
