- Most common cause of cardiac metastasis in men and women is lung cancer
- Large vegetation, gram negative HACEK - Haemophilus parainfluenzae
- AVR is indicated if LVESD >50 mm, LVEDD >65 mm

- Loud P2, cyanosis and clubbing in toes but not the fingers - PDA with Eisenmenger syndrome
- BMS restenosis factors are left main disease, small vessels, ISR, bifurcations, multiple lesions, and saphenous vein grafts, diabetes, increasing stent length & number, decrease in stent diameter
