- HTN, urine ACR >300 - treatment ACEi
- Fondaparinux can not be used as sole anticoagulant to support PCI because of risk of catheter thrombosis
- Chronic Chagas disease shows RBBB
- Acute ischemic stroke, PFO, atrial septal aneurysm with right to left shunt, carotid stenosis <70% - treatment percutaneous device closure of PFO
- Diastolic BP normal, diastolic murmur heard best at right sternal border, normal S1 and increased intensity S2 (A2),early-peaking systolic ejection murmur at left sternal border - diagnosis aortic dilatation with moderate AR and mild AS
- Pulmonic stenosis is typical of carcinoid heart disease
- Asymptomatic abdominal aortic aneurysm 5.0-5.4 cm, repeat imaging in 6 months
- Bicuspid AR, holodiastolic flow reversal in descending aorta, asymptomatic good functional capacity - observation
- Short systolic murmur that ends prior to S2 suggests acute onset of MR
- Pulmonary stenosis has systolic murmur best heard in second left intercostal space, palpable thrill in second left intercostal space and in suprasternal notch
